Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

By using TRAC ASTROLOGY you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

• You may use the charts, Panchang and readings for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not misuse the site, try to break its security, or collect its content by automated means.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter.

Readings are guidance

Astrological readings describe tendencies and timing. They are not medical, legal, financial, immigration or psychological advice, and must not be used in place of such advice. See the Disclaimer.

Content and ownership

The software, text, rules and design of TRAC ASTROLOGY, including the TRAC Theorem, are protected by copyright. You may share a link to any page; you may not copy or republish the content without written permission.

Accounts

If you sign in, keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Paid plans

The plans, their prices and what they include are shown on the Plans page before you pay.

• On the website a plan is paid once for a month or a year and does not renew by itself. Buying the same plan again adds the time to what is left.
• In the Android app a plan is a Google Play subscription that renews until you cancel it in Google Play; Google Play's refund rules apply to it.
• A plan belongs to the Google account you signed in with and cannot be moved to another person.
• If a payment went wrong or was taken twice, write to us through the Contact page and we will put it right.
• Codes for course students are for the student's own use.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep calculations correct, but we do not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or always available, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading.

Changes

We may change these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
