Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information TRAC ASTROLOGY collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Birth details (name or chart title, date, time and place of birth, gender) that you enter to cast a chart. They are sent to our server only to calculate the chart and the reading.
- Questions you type into the question box, used to prepare the answer. We may keep questions without your name to improve the readings.
- Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- Saved profiles: when you are signed in, the birth details of charts you make (and any notes you add) are saved to your account, so they are there on the website and in the app. You can delete any profile, or your whole account, on the My account page.
- Question history: on plans that include it, your questions and the answers are kept on your account for you to read again.
- Payments: payments are taken by Razorpay (on the website) or Google Play (in the Android app). We receive the plan, the amount and a payment reference; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Information kept in your browser
Your last birth details and display settings (chart style, chosen pages) are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you do not have to enter them again. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data or by entering new details.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms. We also store a note that you have accepted the cookie notice.
Advertising
This site may show advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use information
- To calculate charts, Panchang and readings that you ask for.
- To keep your account, plan, saved profiles and settings working.
- To count the questions asked each day, so the limits of each plan can be applied.
- To keep the site secure and to fix errors.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with services that run the site for us (hosting, Google sign-in, Google AdSense, Razorpay and Google Play for payments), or when the law requires it.
Data retention and your rights
Account information is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time on the My account page; this removes your sign-in, saved profiles, history and plan straight away. Payment records are kept as the law on accounts requires, without the link to your account. You may ask us to show, correct or delete information linked to your account by writing to us through the Contact page or at outlookastrology@gmail.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
